Today I had my candle light dinner at aloft hotel and I want to share my experience. The ambience and setting were beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the food and service. There was no menu or choice provided — only a single paneer dish was served in the main course. I was expecting atleast we would get one or two options to choose from. For an experience like this, I expected more variety. Also, though a butler service was promised, no one was available to attend to us, which affected the overall experience. While the place itself was great, the lack of food options and poor service need improvement to match the premium feel.
